In Business Center you as a shop user can see and reply to shop reviews. In the menu you can select to see All (Inbox), Unanswered, or Answered. You can also filter on rating.

To report a review to us, click on the menu next to the respective review. There you can also get a share link to the individual review.

Your overall score, which you can find above the inbox, is based on reviews from the last year.
