As a shop user, you can in Business Center manage your product feeds and see their current status.
This function is limited to shops that have the recommended feed format - Google/PriceSpy, or if you're a completely new shop to PriceSpy.
If you don't see the menu option Product feeds in Business Center, that means that your product feed doesn't have the recommended format or that we have a custom solution for fetching your offers.

Add a product feed
To add a new product feed via Business Center, go to Product feeds - Add new product feed and follow the instructions.
We only accept product feeds with the format Google/PriceSpy. If you are unsure what this means or what we want you to add to the feed - Read more
To activate/deactivate a product feed
If you add a new product feed it will be activated automatically. If you want us to stop reading info from a feed, you can choose to deactivate it. The offers for that feed will then not be updated anymore on PriceSpy.
If you want to change to a new feed, first step is to add the new feed, according to Add new product feed above. Then you deactivate the old feed, so we only read updates from the new feed.
If a problem occurs with your feed or with the reading of the feed, it can be deactivated by us or by you until the issue has been solved.
To remove a feed and it's connected offers, please contact us.
List of active product feeds
In the list of active product feeds you can see info about:
URL to your product feed
Format of your product feed, either Google or PriceSpy
Latest run, the last time we read your product feed to update your offers on PriceSpy
Status of the latest run
NOT STARTED - Your feed is in the queue to be read.
FAILED - Something went wrong when we read your feed, please check if the feed has the correct format (Google/PriceSpy). Contact support if the issue remains.
OK - The feed was successfully read and your offers were updated.
UNKNOWN - Unknown issue, contact support for more info.
