If you see this message in Business Center it means that we could not read your product feed. The reason for this can vary, below you can find a checklist of things you can do to solve it.

  1. Do we have the correct feed URL? Please check, if you notice that we have the wrong one let us know via our messenger chat so we can update to the correct feed URL.

  2. Feed is not formatted correctly. Please check our collection of articles explaining how the feed should be formatted.
