If you are met by an empty Catalogue Status view in Business Center, it means that we haven't been able to index any of your products.

Possible reasons for this:

  1. We don't have any matching categories for your products, meaning we haven't been able to match your offers to our products. Information about what categories we have can be found here - Categories

  2. Your data in the product feed is incomplete, e.g important data is missing for us to be able to do the connection between your products and ours. SKU, EAN and Manufacturer/Brand are examples of important data that will ease indexing.
