Possible reasons for an empty catalogue view

If you are faced with an empty view under Catalogue status in the Business Center, this is because we have not been able to match any of your products.

Possible reasons for this include:

  1. We do not have a suitable category, that is, we have not managed to match your offers to any of our products. Information about the categories we have can be found here - Categories

    We regularly consider new categories to add, so we will most likely be able to match your products in the future.

  1. The data in your product feed is incomplete, which could mean, for example, that it lacks important data that we need to link your products and our products. SKU, EAN and Manufacturer/Brand are examples of important data that simplify product matching.
