We’re happy to help you with your account and data erasure.

Before we begin, we need to make sure that you’re you (i.e. the account/data owner). To do this, we want you to contact us on [email protected] from the email address you use for the account or for communicating with us.

We will then verify the request, and help you with your account and data removal.

This means that you can’t use third party services or other intermediaries – we must be in direct contact with the data subject in order to erase any data.

We would also like to inform you that all inactive accounts are automatically erased after 18 months of inactivity (i.e. 18 months since last login) and any published reviews or forum posts are anonymised. We will send out emails to your account’s registered email address prior to the erasure, informing you of an upcoming account erasure, and prompting you to log in to your account if you don’t want it to be automatically erased.
